Nobody has done the H22 bearing in a Z...it is too wide.

If you're referring to the H22 bearing in Nascar, I assume it is fairly common since Clevite lists the bearing for Nascar engine applications.

There have been several people that I know of that have tried modified wider bearings in the Z. Greg runs them in his drag car. However, in order to get any meaningful width increases the rod journal fillet radius has to be made unacceptably tight, which will reduce the fatigue strength of the crank
